Intended Use

Evaluation of blood flow in patients with peripheral vascular disease.

Indications for Use

The Bidop^®  7 is used for the detection of arterial and venous blood flow in extremities as well as fetal heart sounds. The Bidop^® 7 displays bidirectional velocity waveforms, numerical data and fetal heart rate with heartbeat indicator. The Bidop^® 7 probe selection is 2, 5, 8, and 10 MHz.

Contraindications

Not intended for ophthalmic or periorbital studies.

CAUTION: Perform ultrasound testing/procedures prudently using the principle of ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable).

CAUTION: The Bidop^® 7 has not been evaluated for safety and compatibility in the MR environment. The Bidop^® 7 has not been tested for heating or migration in the MR environment.
